Adding an Invoice to Timesheets MTS

  1. Click the button on the Invoice Maintenance screen. The invoice details fields will be cleared and enabled for data entry.
  2. Enter the required invoice details in the detail fields. As a minimum you are required to enter an invoice number and a project number.
  3. When you are happy with the invoice details click the OK button. The list of invoices will be refreshed with your newly created invoice in the list.
