I have over 100 part time employees that have been using the system for only four weeks now. For the past two weeks, at least ten to twelve people a day experience the system logging them out mid-shift after they've logged in for the day, or they'll log out for the day only to find when they return within the next few days for their shift, they've been logged in for up to 122 hours at a time - even though they logged out.
The system has gone haywire --
Also, when I use the system on one computer, it locks up the other computer that has it and calls for the admin password. What's the point of buying more than one license when you can only use one computer at a time??
Does this make sense to anyone, or do I need to abort this system... |
