-Added new setting to productivity report, 'Use Employee Cost' uses the employee cost on the user maintenance page to determine time cost rather than the employee charge out rate
-Fix to project maintenance screen, 'filter by project status' setting was not being saved
-Fix to project maintenance where a filter display was done after a search that hid the searched item. If you searched again on the same term an error occurred.
-Fix to error in detailed activity report where project totals were displayed and there was no billable time
