Now we have sorted out the fixed price invoicing, I have a question on hourly invoicing.

I have set up different custum charge rates in the Tools>Options section and set this to individual users for invoicing, and this works fine.

I have other projects where I have the same users working on though want to charge a different hourly rate. I have gone into the project maintenance and under that project have turned of the custom rates and found I can not input a project rate.

Can this be done so I can overright the rates on these projects

Hi Alex,

Using the custom charge rates option on the project maintenance page you can alter the rates of users on a user type by user type basis. You cannot modify rates for individuals.
