1 employee gets their first clockin cut off on reports

Running Timeclock MTS 2.2.1.5 on windows 2000 server
And some reason one employee keeps getting the first clockin/clock out of the time period cut off the reports.
Tried recreating the employee under a different name and same result but none of the others have that happen. Also dosnt matter when that first clockin was it still cuts it off.

Updated and got the same thing. Went over the employee settings and only thing different on her was no department selected. Gave her a department and it works now.
