Getting started with Timesheets MTS is easy, just follow the following steps and you'll be underway in no time:

1. Set up your company details

Go to the Options screen and fill in your company details, see the Options help page for more details

2. Set financial and regional defaults

Go to the Options screen and fill in the regional defaults (like units and taxation settings). Also set up the invoicing details to your company standards. See the Options help page for more details

3. Decide on an employee type structure

Go to the Options screen and create an employee type and charging structure that suits your business. Also set up the invoicing details to your company standards. See the Options help page for more details

4. Fill you contact database with customers

Create details for your customers and suppliers using the Contact Maintenance screen.

5. Create projects and tasks

Create projects and project tasks for your employees to book time, travel, and expenditure against and associate these projects with customers. See the Projects Screen for more information.

6. Book time, travel, and expenditure against projects

Get your employees to book their time, travel, and expenditure using the Timesheet Screen.

7. Monitor project budgets

Get project managers to monitor spend against project budgets using the Activity Reporting Screen.

8. Invoice your customers

Generate invoices for your customers, release them, and receive payment for work done using the Invoice Maintenance screen.
