Adding a User to Timesheets MTS

  1. Click the button on the User Maintenance screen. The user details fields will be cleared and enabled for data entry.
  2. Enter the required user details in the detail fields. You are required to enter a first name, last name, and abbreviation. Select the user type (which determines charge out rate) and user permission level (which determines what the user can and cannot do in Timesheets MTS).
  3. When you are happy with the user details click the OK button. The list of users will be refreshed with your newly created user in the list.
