By default all Timesheets MTS users are able to book activity to a project. However, for additional control project managers can choose to select who can and cannot record activity against their project.

To assign specific users to a project tick the Assign Users to Project check box and then click the Assign Users button. Select the users from the popup that you want to assign to the project. When you're happy with the list click the OK button.
