Tasks in Timesheets MTS? |
Tasks are the sub-elements of projects in Timesheets MTS. Tasks can have time, travel, and expenditure booked against them and provide a way of tracking project costs on the basis of a work breakdown structure.
The task maintenance screen provides a list of created projects and their sub tasks down the left hand side, and a details form for the selected task on the right. To select a task click on it in the list on the left hand side of the screen and its details will be displayed.
To access the task maintenance screen you must be logged in with sufficient permissions. It can be accessed from the Project Maintenance button on the main toolbar or from the Project Maintenance option of the Data Maintenance drop down menu.
