Editing a Task in Timesheets MTS

You can edit any of the details of a task except when it is associated with an invoice. In that case all details except the parent project of the task can be edited. Any updates will take effect across the Timesheets MTS system immediately. To edit a task:

  1. Log in as a user with sufficient permission and select a task from the list on the Project Maintenance screen.
  2. Make any changes you require to the task details fields.
  3. Click the OK button to accept the changes or the Cancel button to discard the changes.
