The non billable ratio report (screen shot above) breaks down the time employees spend into non-billable and billable classifications for each week of the reporting period. Timesheets Lite Projects can be marked as non-billable and individual times can be marked as non-billable by employees. This report breaks down employee time spent into both categories and gives percentage of time spent by each employee on billable activities. This report could be a good indicator of the amount of revenue certain employees are generating for the company.
